Is it safe to use my credit card online?

What credit cards are accepted?
FlowersOnFirst.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
When does my credit card get charged?
We get an authorization of sufficient funds on your credit card at the time of your order online. If there are any problems we will promptly notify you and straighten out so ensure on-time delivery. Your account charges are posted within 24 to 48 hours to your account.
What am I charged for?
When you place your order online you are presented with the price of the merchandise as well as delivery charges or applicable tax at that time. You will receive a confirmation email that will detail the charges for records upon completing the order checkout.
What happens after my order is placed?
After you place your order on the web site, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email that includes an order number and order date. Please keep this as it will serve as the reference number in case of any problems with your order. The order confirmation lets you know your order is in process and on the way. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via phone or an email.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation?
It happens and may be the result of a large amount of site traffic. In most cases the confirmation will return to your registered email address with an hour of order placement. If there is a delay, please email info@flowersonfirst.com and we will look into any problems and get back to you.
Can I change my order?
We can change your order (like change of address or delivery date) as long as the order is not already out for delivery or delivered. To request a change please call 212.308.2700 or email info@flowersonfirst.com Keep in mind that we are a customer service business and fast delivery is our advantage over other sites – so while we will do what we can to help – our goal is to get orders delivered as fast as possible which may prevent us from making changes to orders in process.
Can I cancel an order?

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 2:00 pm in your recipient’s time zone are delivered that same day. The only exceptions are “Big” holidays – like Mothers Day or Valentines days – and on select items as noted in our delivery policy.
